The whole “capitalism gave you the Internet” thing is especially funny if you actually work in network infrastructure, since one of the first things you’ll learn is that many software technologies that are absolutely critical to the day to day functioning of the Internet are being maintained on a volunteer basis by small, decentralised teams working in whatever free time their day jobs leave them, and that we’d have a crisis on our hands within thirty days if any one of those maintainers were to get hit by a bus and nobody stepped up to replace them. Like, the whole commercial edifice of the Internet rests on the continuous unpaid labour of a relative handful of people who are essentially just doing it for fun.
A series of Greco-Roman Gods who seem to have very little information out about them. Every God deserves to be worshipped, so I thought I’d help get more names out there. This a list of Gods I will be covering, as they will each get their own individual post.

They have never celebrated Valentine’s Day before and they want to make it perfect.
On Valentine’s Day everything seems to have a discount for couples, so why not pretend to be one to save some money and have fun?
They just found out about the custom of making Valentine’s Day cards and now they went crazy with the paper hearts and the glitter.
“Is that a ring box in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?”
Having their first kiss at the end of a Valentine’s Day date may be cliché, but it’s also incredibly perfect.
Not focussing on the romantic love, but showing everyone they care for that they love them on this day turned out to be the best idea they ever had.
Amor tends to go a little overboard on Valentine’s Day, but this year really takes the cake.
Everyone is going as a couple to the Valentine’s Day Party and it would look stupid if we both went alone, right? Maybe we can just go together.
